24 years has passed since I started cooking.
I have wanted to give a warm reception to customers through my own cooking when I became a chef.
I have always kept that in mind from the very beginning, and I try to make unconventional French dishes of my own style, or, as I call it, "OKI style" cooking.

All customers' opinions of my dishes and services are my responsibility.

My career is a modest one, but I cannot compromise my dishes nor hospitality simply to impress "people." There are wonderful ingredients and we can grow excellent vegetables here in Kyushu at the global level.Above all, I have marvelous companions!
